Research Registry

The CLF Research Registry

The CLF Research Registry comprises the Brain Donation Registry (BDR) and Clinical Research Registry (CRR). You may sign up for one or both.

BDR members will receive a personalized brain donor card and informational brochure. CRR members will receive regular communications recruiting them to clinical research studies on concussions and CTE. The Concussion Legacy Foundation is proud to collaborate with the Boston University School of Medicine and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in the VA-BU-CLF Brain Bank, led by Dr. Ann McKee, as well as the Australian Sports Brain Bank, led by Dr. Michael Buckland. All international brain pledges are welcome; read more here.

For imminent brain donation matters, please call the 24-hour emergency donation pager at 617.992.0615. Please be advised that we are in the process of transitioning to digital brain donor cards. No new physical brain donor cards will be mailed out at this time.
