Niki Popyer joined the Concussion Legacy Foundation as the Finance & Administration Coordinator in July 2022.

Her first contact with CLF was as a high school basketball player who sustained several concussions over a short period of time. In the following years, she became a spokesperson for student-athletes with head injuries. She appeared in many national television interviews, was the subject of numerous newspaper articles, and spoke in front of the United States Congress and the New Jersey State Assembly as an advocate for concussion awareness. Upon recovering, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with a concentration in Sports Communication from Monmouth University. 

Niki has spent the last eight years in the golf industry, managing financial operations and member relations at a privately owned club in New Jersey. She enjoys running and considers completing the TCS New York City Marathon one of her greatest personal accomplishments.
