A former Infantry and Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, Charlie Bailey was medically retired in 2017 due to TBI-induced epilepsy almost 10 years after being wounded in a suicide vehicles IED attack. Charlie then helped scale national veteran transition programs with both the USO and The COMMIT Foundation. He is now an Account Manager with EMCOR Facilities Services and holds Master’s degrees in International Relations from Oklahoma University and Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
