Tim Ring was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at CR Bard Inc. from 2003 until 2017, when CR Bard was acquired by Becton Dickinson. He is a Director of Becton, Dickinson and Company and Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. Together with his wife, Kathryn Gleason (former head of Morgan Lewis life sciences practice for 28 years), Mr. Ring co-founded a nonprofit and related for-profit impact fund called TEAMFund, whose mission is to expand access to medical technologies for the world's poorest and most resource-constrained populations. Tim holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where he was a member of the football team.
